MISS UNIVERSE 2021 COMPETITION FOR THE FIRST TIME IN ISRAEL AT THE END OF THE YEAR

InfoMED News Press.-The current Sars cov2 pandemic prompted the organizers of the Miss Universe pageant to make adjustments to the calendar regarding the activities of said pageant. This year Miss Universe 2020 has been crowned, and in December the winner of 2021 will be chosen.

Now it is the turn of the city of Eilat in southern Israel, a tourist center stranded on the shores of the Red Sea, a border city with Egypt, Jordan and Saudi Arabia. Eilat is a long way from the political problems Israel has to the north with Gaza.

The Ministry of Tourism of Israel announced this day that the city of Eilat was chosen to carry out all the activities of the Miss Universes 2021 contest, which in this edition will be led by Steve Harvey.

The government of Israel hopes that this world-scale contest will help the nation to address the tourism issue that has been hit hard by the current pandemic.
